The Strategic Alliance Partner Program consists of three types of partner participation, each type having various levels of qualification, performance objectives, marketing activities and revenue-creation possibilities. A brief description of each type is provided below:
The Partner Program focuses on real estate professionals and companies that predominantly provide services in their local market area. They have a strong local network of real estate buyers and sellers as well as relationships with other real estate service providers. The resources and services that are provided by these partners may include, but are not limited to realtors, property management, title services, appraisals and mortgage financing.
The Alliance Partner Program focuses on larger real estate investment companies and service providers that encompass a larger portfolio of services to a larger local or regional geographic area of the real estate investor marketplace. Alliance Partners have established sales channels with experience in the Real Estate Market, a growing base of satisfied customers, significant marketing resources and a willingness to invest in newer initiatives with an upside for lead generation and increased efficiencies in their existing sales channels. Alliance Partners see LoftInvestor as a means of delivering increased value to their customers as well as creating access to new sales channels on an accelerated basis.
The Strategic Partner Program focuses on national and international real estate investment companies and service providers with established sales channels, strong marketing and lead generation capabilities, and well-known reputations within the Real Estate Investment Industry. Strategic Alliance Partners recognize LoftInvestor.com’s potential as an evolutionary means of buying and selling real estate properties on a national and international basis, and the opportunities that can come with this evolution. They are willing to commit the marketing and sales resources to bring LoftInvestor.com into their existing customer bases as well as jointly co-marketing to new customers.
